Chad the owner called. Very good business man. Understanding. Listened. The young man that did the actual sprinkler system repairs was efficient and had a real sense of urgency in his work. It was very refreshing to work with River Cities Systems! Thanks so much. The in-ground sprinkler system is working excellent! We have the best looking yard in the neighborhood.

I moved into my house in May. They did start up for us and the technician was very thorough and he walked us through how to work the system! I’ve never had a sprinkler system before so it was appreciated. We had a sprinkler head break off and the tech was able to come out the next day and said the whole sprinkler head was broken and he had to dig up that sprinkler and repair it. He was done in 10-15 minutes and also adjusted them to make sure they were watering our whole yard. They’re awesome and reasonably priced!!

We had River Cities Systems out to give us an estimate not expecting to be able to get a sprinkler system in this year and we were pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were! Very nice people to work with all around. Chad came and installed a wonderful running perfect system! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

Great installation, answered my questions. Worked in a professional manner and were on time. Best of all was the price for installation, other companies are not as highly rated and charge double if not more.When a problem did arise such as a sprinkler head that needed repair, or just a quick adjustment, Corey was awesome. He knows his stuff, he worked with us to help us understand how to change the settings on the units and showed us how to adjust different sprinkler heads.Great company, you can’t go wrong. They also have a great website where you can book a service call, make a payment, or buy products for lawn irrigation.So glad we used them.

As always, when I called for service, the guys were here when they said they would be and the service was great. I've had my system since 2010 and haven't had to change a sprinkler head yet. knock on wood!!! I had them move two sprinkler heads today, he was here and gone , less than 30 minutes. Thanks River City.
