Estimate Checklist

• Checkout Plumbing Situation -

look for the shortest run to the outside. Sometimes going closest to the water meter is best. Eyeball the measurement of the run. Most are going to be an easy 25 feet or less.

Look for anything unique about the plumbing including going through cement, or any other difficult situation. If you think it is going to be terrible, add to the adjustment price at the end. Most plumbing scenarios do not need price adjustment.

• Measure Yard

Measure the yard out and look for anything unique about the property including sidewalks, gardens, lots of hand digging, etc. If you find anything to be unique or difficult, add to the price adjustment. Most yards are going to be normal.

• Start filling out estimate to and present to customer
